  • Can you send multiple products in one mail?

    Yes we can. However, if the size or the weight of the package is over the limit (Length+Circumference is 3m or less in size, not over 30kg in weight), we shall divide the product into several pieces.

  • How long does it take to receive the mail after the shipment is complete?

    You will receive it within 1 to 6 days. However, it depends on the country or the region which delivers mails.


  • Can I choose other courier other than EMS?

    Basically we use EMS for all shipment because EMS (Express Mail Service) has tracking service to make sure your mail is safe. However, if the size or weight of the single piece product exceeds the EMS limit, we shall ship it to you with other option.

  • Can I specify the delivery date for international mail?

    We are sorry to inform that you cannot do that. If you have special circumstances, you can make your request by writing it down at the remark column when you purchase products. Our staff will give you a reply.

  • What should I do if there are damages during the shipment?

    (1) Please keep all the damaged products, packing materials upon arrival, boxes and others. You may need them for compensation. (2) Please take two or three photographs of the damaged products. (3) Please bring the damaged products, photographs taken, and the shipment label to the nearest post office. (4) Please file a damage report at the post office. (5) After you have your damage report, please send the photographs taken at procedure (2) to Find Store Customer Support (6) Find Store will ask Japan Post for compensation. (7) Japan post will compensate the actual loss amount of the products as declared.


  • How much is the usage fee?

    The usage fee of Find Store's personal shopper service is the total amount of commission and international shipping fee only. Please refer this page for details. →About Usage Fee

  • When should I make the payment?

    You have to make the payment twice, after the quotation for products, and after the quotation for shipping cost. We shall contact you by e-mail through Paypal.

  • How can I make the payment?

    You can make your payment by using Paypal.

  • How long does it take to receive the mail after the shipment is complete?

    There is no limit. However, if the total amount of money for products per shipment exceeds 200,000 yen, custom clearance is required. It will take about a week for custom clearance, so more time needed compared to normal shipment.

  • I would like to know more about tariff.

    Tariff is tax imposed on imported goods to protect domestic industry or because of financial purpose. Tariff is applied according to types, items, amount declared (whether exceed the duty-free limit) of goods. The presence or absence of tariff and the rate vary depending on destination country of the shipment. The usage fee notified by Find Store does not include tariff. Customers have to bare the payment.

  • If you couldn’t buy the item, then can I get refund ?

    Yes, of course. We’ll refund all costs, including our charge.
